Ealing Council’s development partner Galliford Try is hosting a public exhibition tomorrow (Saturday, 29 June) to highlight plans for the redevelopment of Perceval House.
Residents will have the opportunity to view and comment on the proposed redevelopment of the council’s offices, which would include approximately 470 new homes, of which 50% would be genuinely affordable homes. Subject to planning permission, it will also include a smaller, more efficient council office building fronting on to Uxbridge Road, with a modern customer service centre and a new library. You can read more in our recent article on the regeneration of Ealing town centre
The exhibition will be held in Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, next to the post office, tomorrow (Saturday, 29 June) from 11.30am to 3pm.
Residents are encouraged to come along to meet Galliford Try representatives, who will be on-hand to answer your questions. A public consultation will also be launched for local people to feed back their views and comments.
