Ealing primary care sector jobs fair

Ealing Council, in partnership with West London College and North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), is inviting Ealing residents to a free jobs fair to explore training and career opportunities in the primary care sector.

Primary care services are the first point of contact in healthcare and include general practice, community pharmacy, dental and eye health services.

Hosted by Learn Ealing, council’s adult learning team, the event aims to help you find a job at various GP practices as receptionist, secretary, administrator and health and social care assistant or access training that will lead to a primary care sector job.

The jobs fair is taking place on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at Victoria Hall, Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, London W5 2BY from 10am to 2pm and it’s free to attend. Sign up for the jobs fair.

Meet Learn Ealing, West London College, ICB, Work Ealing for employment support and different GP practices. More organisations will be announced soon. Keep on checking this article or follow Work Ealing on Twitter.

Good jobs for Ealing

Councillor Bassam Mahfouz, Ealing Council’s cabinet member for decent living incomes comments:

“As outlined in our Plan for Good Jobs, a key priority for the council is to support residents into decent, well-paid jobs. That’s why we have committed to securing 10,000 new jobs in Ealing in the next four years.

“After the success of our two jobs fairs earlier this year, we are delighted to bring you another one, where you can explore work and training opportunities in a sector more resilient to future economic shocks of the scale and magnitude of COVID-19.”

Come along

Please register in advance to attend this jobs fair. If you are a GP practice, you are also welcome to join us on the day to find out how we can help your staff with training. We hope to see you on 29 September.
