Help to secure your next job

Looking for work? Get the training and support you need to find your next job with West London Alliance’s (WLA) Skills and Work Finder.

Knowing where to look to find work and training opportunities can be challenging. An online tool by WLA, a partnership between 7 London boroughs including Ealing, connects you to training, events, and employment support from local providers.

Develop new skills and gain confidence

With more than 3,000 courses to choose from, delivered by more than 50 providers, there is a range of different courses available to suit all goals, needs, and ages.

Whether you’re looking to enter the workforce after a break, want to brush up on existing skills, or learn new ones, WLA has a host of opportunities to help you get to where you want to be.

The courses offered cover 3 main areas:

  1. general skills – from english, maths, digital to modern languages and many more.
  2. help getting into work – including employability skills, financial advice or self-employment guidance
  3. skills specific to growth sectors – specialised training for industries ranging from creative, green, hospitality to construction.

As well as offering courses, the WLA provides a range of events, workshops, and career fairs in west London.
