Councillor Blerina Hashani Ealing Council’s cabinet member for thriving communities, said: “Your Voice, Your Town events are an opportunity to get to know people in your town, see what dedicated residents are doing to make a difference, and share your views about your area.
“Whether you want to get involved with one of the many groups we have highlighting their work in Perivale or feedback ideas about what you would like to see in the community, Your Voice, Your Town is the place to be.”
‘’Your Voice, Your Town’ events have been well attended across the borough’s 7 towns, with hundreds of residents already coming together to discover what is happening in their area and how they can get involved.’’
Perivale YVYT is the last in a series of events held across each of the borough’s 7 towns, led by council officers and supported by councillors, to continue conversations about what matters to you in your area.
The events follow an Ealing Council consultation last year that aimed to bring local people into the decisions made about the places where they live.
If you are part of a community group in Perivale and would like to showcase your work to residents, sign up to be part of the YVYT event. Applications and attendance is free. Please sign up by 15 July to reserve a space. Spaces are limited so sign up soon to avoid disappointment.
