Copley shortlisted for two awards and you can vote

Alton Court, the latest phase of the council’s pioneering regeneration of Copley Close in Hanwell, has seen Copley shortlisted for two prestigious awards.

The acclaimed First Time Buyer award recognises the lengths developers go to in order to help aspirational buyers onto the housing ladder. Ealing Council is competing e with national housebuilders and housing associations for the much sought-after accolade.

Alton Court, the first phase of private homes at Copley Hanwell W7, has been shortlisted in two categories: Best First Time Buyer Apartment and Best Show Home – based on the development’s fresh approach to housing delivery, excellent design and affordability.

Come and see for yourself

Those who have already visited the marketing suite and show home, including local residents, councillors and MPs, have been very impressed with the spacious accommodation and very high standards of design and finish.

If you have not seen it for yourself you are welcome to pop along to the marketing suite and show home at Copley.  Viewing is currently by appointment only so email info@broadwayliving.co.uk or call 020 7846 0291 first. Do not worry if you are not actually intending to buy, there will be no hard sell once you arrive.

We need your votes

The next stage of the competition will see the public choose the winners through a public vote. If you are impressed with what you see at Copley the team there would be delighted if you entered the public vote, for:

Voting closes on 9 April 2018.

The new Copley will have homes for council rent, private sales, discounted market rent and shared ownership.  Regardless of tenure, all of the homes will be designed to the same high specification.  Profits made from the sales of homes at Copley are ploughed back in to providing more affordable housing.
