Green poster saying shaping greenford and perivale

Help shape the future of Greenford and Perivale

People who live, work or have connections in Greenford and Perivale are being invited to have their say.

Ealing Council is working to develop a 15-year plan for a more thriving, safer, greener and healthier Greenford and Perivale. To build the vision for this plan, the council first wants to hear from you about your ideas and observations for how things could be improved.

You can give your comments and ideas by taking part in a short online survey.

Questions to consider include:

  • What are your thoughts on local transport links?
  • Do you shop local, and if not, why not?
  • What amenities would you like to see on your doorstep?

Your answers to these and many other questions will help to ensure that any future investment in your local area reflects the priorities, aspirations and needs of the local community. Whether you live, shop, work or study local, the council wants to hear from you.

What is Shaping Ealing?

A series of Shaping Ealing engagement activities have been taking place, and this process will help the council learn more about your priorities for where you live and work. A series of events have also been set up across the borough to gather in-person feedback from local residents and business.

This summer, and following this boroughwide conversation, the council will be presenting a draft ‘Local Plan’ to residents and businesses that will set out planning policies to guide the future of our borough. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity that will in time, begin to shape decisions we make about new homes, industrial and employment spaces. Beyond that, it will also be a framework helping the council address issues like climate change, health, and inequality.

The more people getting involved in the conversation, the better, because it will help shape our community for the next 15 years.
