A resident’s story
Caroline Ward is 63 and lives in Ealing. Back in January 2021, she applied for an administrator role, as part of our NHS mass vaccination recruitment campaign. She ended up getting the job at a vaccination centre in West London, where she is still working.
Caroline says: “When I had problems with the recruitment process, my employment, learning and skills broker Marc helped me resolve them. I found the support I received from Work Ealing very helpful at every stage.”
In return Marc says: “I spoke with Caroline at length around the recruitment processes. I also wanted to alleviate concerns that she had especially during these uncertain times. After our conversation Caroline confirmed that she was happy to progress with her application. With an extensive administration background and a good quality CV I was happy to move Caroline’s application forward and I’m very pleased she was successful.”
